This agreement, effective as of today's date, is hereby established between the Customer and PCLand LLC, a Florida corporation located at 4635 Land O’Lakes Blvd, Land O’Lakes, FL 34639. In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein, the parties hereby agree as follows:
Term: The agreement spans 1 year (1) due to the nature of protection, licenses, and work-related matters. Should the Customer decide to terminate services, they must settle the remaining balance in full. After the first year, the contract automatically renews for another year.
Data Protection: PCLand guarantees that it does not sell or trade any personal information. However, PCLand is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during remote connections or while performing work. Customers are encouraged to maintain a backup solution.
Security Measures: PCLand utilizes Comodo security software to safeguard customer devices.
Payments: Payments are due on the 5th of each month. Failure to submit payment on time will result in a late fee of $5.00.
There will be a charge of 3.5% for credit card processing.
Termination: PCLand reserves the right to terminate this agreement, in whole or in part, with thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Client. However, termination does not release the Client from the obligation to pay for services rendered before termination.
Scope of Coverage: The plan solely covers labor costs, excluding any hardware expenses. PCLand is not responsible for data loss or software reinstallation. Remote sessions are encrypted. Projects beyond the scope of support will be addressed accordingly.
The client may not terminate this contract unless there is a breach of a previous agreement. In such instances, the client will be responsible for fulfilling the remainder of the contract. If the account is in default, PCland reserves the right to send the account to a collection agency, which may affect the client's credit report.
Technical Support: Customers should contact the Tech Desk for issues regarding services, hardware, or software. Support can be obtained online, via email, phone, or in person during business hours.
Fee Waivers: Initial fees are waived if the system is brought in for repair or if the issue is resolved remotely by PCLand.
